Willow graduated from Law School at the University of Miami. She has received the Pro Bono Service Award from the Washington State Bar Association, and has volunteered extensively in the past with Refugee Women’s Alliance domestic violence unit. She is the founder and director of the Horn of Africa Service legal services program and formerly conducted a bi-monthly legal clinic there since 2015.
